I use a PC with Windows 7 64 bit and Diana 9.4.2 64bit.
When I get in PC via Windows Remote Desktop, the Diana don't run because it don't recognize the Hasp HL.
If I get in PC normally, Diana works fine.
1. What should I change to solve this problem?
2. Is it normal this problem?
Thanks,
José Santos

The HASP is intended to be used locally. RDP is seen as network access that requires a network license.
If you are the only one using the machine you might try the following command to connect to the machine:
mstsc /v:PCNAME /console
Didn't solve the problem
This solution (mstsc /v:PCNAME /console) did not work.
The iDiana did not start and Diana did not work because of license.
Why don't ask them?
How about asking the online computer techicians themselves on how remote computer repairs handle errors.
