Unable to use graphic input

Hello, I have problems with the crosshairs of iDIANA 9.4 (network license Universidade do Minho) ... let thousands of trails on the screen and I find it impossible to work ... I tried to change the settings for my graphics card ... but nothing.
IDIANA not using 9.3 I never had this problem.

Dear Galfredo,
With reference to the problem, try the following:
a) Reduce the graphical acceleration of your graphical card and/or;
b) update the drivers of your graphical card.

Yet with reference to iDIANA 9.4 graphical problems; there have been some bug fixes in iDIANA 9.4.
Thus I would strongly recommend you to update your DIANA 9.4.
A new DIANA 9.4 release with the bug fixes is available on our ftp server for download.
