No convergence on Example 14 - Shear Failure

Dear All,
Apparently, I have followed all the instructions of example 14 on Shear Failure: http://tnodiana.com/upload/files/DIANA/943/HTML/FXpDia/node178.html
I can't visualise the cracking patterns, since the "Data Filter -> 2D Element Crack Pattern" is not available for clicking and editing after importing the DIANA results in Midas FX+.
Although all the 120 steps and 80 iterations can be done, I have the following error messages:
     After leaving Midas Fx+ and initialising DIANA:
          Warning(7021):
          'REISET' lines are skipped.
          Line 16969: REISET, 1, Bar 1(1)
          Warning(7021): 'SETREI' lines are skipped.
 
          Line 16970: SETREI, 1, 4033
     While running DIANA solver:
          SEVERITY: WARNING
          ERROR CODE: /DIANA/PO/WR42/1038
          ERRORMSG.W: Specified output STRAIN CRACK GREEN LOCAL INTPNT is not available for any of the (selected)     ELEMEN.
