Error in AUTOMESH 3D

I often have trouble in using the AUTOMESH 3D option by getting an error message saying:
"ERROR: The external boundary of the 2D mesh is not closed"
This message appears even when I create a box, an extrude, or an loft using the solid toolbox.
How do I fix the mesh? Is it a problem in the geometry?

I could not reproduce the problem that you reported.
I guess to check it properly, we need your midasFEA model.
Thus, please submit the question to your local midas support.
